EventDocs.io centralizes every event, parameter, and property into a single, living source of truth for analytics documentation. During the beta period, the Service is free of charge and no payment information is required.

3. Registration & Accounts

To access the Service, you must register for an account via email/password or Google authentication. You may use the Service at any age; if you are under 16, obtain parental consent. You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You may delete your account at any time; upon deletion, your User Content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Introducing harmful code, malware or viruses.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other Users' accounts.
• Using automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data.
• Interfering with the functionality or security of the Service.

5. User Content & Licenses

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, and display such content to operate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your User Content.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks (e.g., "EventDocs.io"), and documentation, remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid for the Service, if any, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
