1.3. Communications

• Transactional emails (account updates, support, notifications).
• Marketing emails (news, offers) with easy unsubscribe.

2. Purposes & Legal Basis

• Service Delivery: User registration and authentication. Basis: Performance of contract.
• Platform Improvement: Analytics, bug fixes, security. Basis: Legitimate interest.

3. Data Retention

• Analytics and logs: retained according to default settings of Google Analytics and Google Cloud.

We share data with third-party providers under Data Processing Agreements:

• Google Cloud Platform & Firebase Hosting (data storage and hosting).
• Google Analytics (usage tracking).
• Brevo (sending transactional and marketing emails).

International transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Services are intended for users of all ages. If you are under 16, please obtain parental consent before using our Services.

6. Security Measures

We rely on the security features provided by Google Cloud, including encryption in transit and at rest. Additional measures include access controls and regular updates.
